From Motherboards and tape drives to power supplies and Cisco switches, we have the ability to repair most enterprise hardware. Before you buy a new replacement, call us for a repair quote. All Repairs are done in house and backed up with a 6 month warranty and free tech support. If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay (shipping and handling only).

Quick Exchange Programs

We know downtime can be costly and sometimes you won’t have time to wait for your repair. We can rent you a replacement while you wait through our Quick Exchange (QX) program. We can typically ship you a rental within 24 hours. To take advantage of our QX program please contact one of our sales reps to assist you.

Below is our partial repair and QX price list to give you a ballpark idea of the costs you would encounter. We can repair virtually any tape drive, tape library, or loader regardless of manufacturer.
